Upon receipt of the refund request, our team will review the client's concerns and assess the validity of the request. If the refund request is approved, the client will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Clients who made payments via credit/debit card or PayPal will receive refunds directly to their original payment method. Refunds for payments made via bank transfer or other methods will be processed through the appropriate channels.
